Happy Friday! I've moved the jobs I post daily on LinkedIn and Threads to email, so you receive them first. This week's list has several senior leadership roles and three companies hiring in volume, which usually means faster interview processes. Here's what caught my attention:

Application tip: Research from LinkedIn shows that women apply to jobs only when they meet 100% of qualifications, while men apply when they meet 60%. But here's what matters: internal data from tech companies shows candidates hired with only 50% of listed qualifications perform just as well as those who checked every box. Apply if you meet 50% of the requirements especially for senior roles where transferable skills matter more than perfect matches.

Cover letter tip: Don't restate your resume. Use your cover letter to answer the question the hiring manager is actually asking: "Can this person solve my specific problem?" Pick one challenge from the job description and walk them through how you've solved it before. Be specific about the outcome.

Quick reminder: I'm not a recruiter apply directly with the company. Sometimes companies remove job postings once roles are filled. If a link doesn't work, go directly to the company's career page to search for open roles.

These roles move fast. If something catches your eye, don't wait until Monday.

Talk soon,
Jacqueline
