Live Q&A Session
Meet our Spring 2025 Resilient Leader graduates (and their remarkable results)
June 23, 2025
Two weeks ago, I had the absolute honor of celebrating these five incredible professionals as they became certified Resilient Leaders.
Each one started the program for different reasons, but what they accomplished in just 12 weeks will inspire you, especially if you've been wondering whether this kind of transformation is actually possible.
Meet Your Spring 2025 Resilient Leader Graduates
Lovetta Hill - Emergency Communications Professional Lovetta came questioning her own leadership abilities: "How can I lead when I am over here just trying to do my best?" She was playing small and dismissing her extensive credentials.
Her breakthrough: Clear direction for her career moving forward with actionable next steps.
In her words: "I was playing small and dismissing all my credentials that have exemplified my leadership abilities. However, the Resilient Leaders program has provided me with the tools and strategies to stop playing small and step into a season with confidence and competence."
Kathleen Pham, Ed.D., NBCT - Professional Learning Consultant. Kathleen joined Ready for a Shift, but was unsure how to make it happen strategically.
Her breakthrough power move: Changes in thinking that led to action, including updating her LinkedIn profile.
What's next for Kathleen: She's launched her consulting firm, Elevate Learning Group
Her words: "This was a wonderful learning experience. It helped me make some very small reframing shifts in my thinking, which then led to action steps with a huge impact."
Fadjanie Cadet, MBA, SHRM-CP, ODCP - Chief Change Experience Officer. Fadjanie came as an accomplished executive who wants to continue her impact and influence.
Her power move: Hear it in her own words, how she solves problems for large corporations, and her approach to organizational development. Unlocking Potential: The Future of Performance Management w/ Fadjanie Cadet
What's next: Subscribe to Fadjanie's newsletter, Meet The CCXO on LinkedIn
Her simple but powerful feedback: "Truly an incredible experience! Thank you!"
Alair Castro - Director of D&I Strategy and Marketing. Alair joined us seeking to sharpen her executive presence.
Her breakthrough power move: Gained actionable insights and tools she's already implementing in her professional journey, plus frameworks and mindset to lead with intention.
Her words: "This wasn't just another leadership course. It was a deeply intentional space for women leaders to sharpen their executive presence, refine negotiation strategies, and grow in confidence with clarity. Each session was packed with actionable insights and tools I've already started using in my professional journey."
Lexie Mendelson - Global Strategic Partnerships | Business Development Lexie came ready to elevate her leadership approach and strategic thinking.
What she's doing now: Leading high-level strategic conversations (including hosting panels for His Majesty's Trade Commissioner on US/UK trade and investment).
What's next: You'll hear directly from both Alair and Lexie as featured guests on next month's Winning Season podcast, where they'll share their leadership expertise.
What Made This Possible?
Every graduate completed the same 12-week system that includes:
Live group coaching sessions (consistently ranked most effective by graduates)
One-on-one strategic calls for personalized breakthroughs
Thinkific learning modules with practical frameworks
Action-Lab workbook for immediate skill application
LinkedIn group community for ongoing support
The outcome? 100% of our Spring graduates rated the program 10/10 and would recommend it to their peers.
But here's what really happened over those 12 weeks: They didn't just change their circumstances, they changed how they saw themselves and what they believed was possible.
From our graduates:
"The biggest measurable result was realizing that the only thing standing in my way is myself. Also, having the space to explore my passion (writing) before pivoting to force myself to go back to work allowed me to gain the confidence to go for higher-level jobs!"
"I have taken action towards my education to change the trajectory of my life."
Your Next Step (If You're Ready)
If you've been listening to Confidence Rewired and thinking "This sounds like exactly what I need, but..." then Friday's live Q&A is designed specifically for you.
This Friday, June 27th, I'm hosting a no-pitch session to answer the real questions:
How do I know if I'm ready for a big change?
What if I don't know exactly what I want to do next?
Is it possible to transition without taking a huge financial risk?
How do you overcome imposter syndrome and own your expertise?
You'll walk away with clarity on whether this approach is right for your situation and exactly what your next step should be.
Important timing note: Summer cohort enrollment closes this Saturday, June 28th. Based on the engagement from this community and the results you just read, spots are filling quickly.
Friday's session will give you all the details you need to make the right decision for your situation.
To your success,
Jacqueline
P.S. - If you're ready for that kind of clarity and strategic action, I'll see you Friday.
