Within the past 8-9 months since I retired from coaching, I've gotten requests to answer questions about negotiation, leadership transitions, and whether someone should take a role or walk away from it. I've tried my best to keep answering them one by one, in DMs and emails and coffee conversations, and I realized I was solving the same problems over and over without building the system that would let me solve them at scale.

So I took some time to be intentional and built something to help anyone experiencing the transition that is known as career expansion.
